About this machine

The Monarch Ezi-Fold is a highly practical folding electric wheelchair designed for users who want a compact and portable mobility solution without sacrificing everyday comfort. One of the biggest advantages of the Ezi-Fold is its clever folding design. The chair can be folded down into a much more compact package for transportation and storage, making it particularly useful for users who regularly travel by car or need a powerchair that takes up less space when not in use. Unlike a traditional large powerchair, the Ezi-Fold has been designed with portability in mind. Its folding chassis makes it an excellent companion for holidays, shopping trips, days out and everyday journeys. Power comes from an efficient lithium battery, providing a lightweight and practical alternative to the larger battery systems commonly found on conventional powerchairs. This particular example features a comfortable 18" wide x 19" deep seating area, providing generous support while retaining the chair's compact and portable nature. The air-filled tyres help absorb bumps and imperfections in the surface, providing additional cushioning and a smoother ride. A flip-up footplate allows easier access when transferring into and out of the chair and folds neatly away when required. With a comfortable 4mph (6 km/h) top speed, straightforward joystick controls and compact folding construction, the Monarch Ezi-Fold is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a practical powerchair that can easily become part of everyday life. Condition report: Lithium Battery: tested & fully working; Frame & Bodywork: excellent; Wheels & Tyres: excellent; Seating: excellent; Folding Mechanism: fully tested; Overall: excellent condition.
