2. Payment and currency

All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include 15% VAT. We accept EFT / Bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, SnapScan, Cash on collection, Mobicred. Payment is taken through a PCI-DSS compliant South African payment provider; we never store card data.

3. Fulfilment and returns summary

• •Dispatch: within 1 business day of cleared payment.
• •Delivery: 1-2 business days in Gauteng, 2-4 in major centres, 3-6 in outlying areas.
• •Delivery cost: free over R7 500, otherwise from R450.
• •Returns: 30 days from delivery, no restocking fee, collection arranged by us.
• •Warranty: 12 months on refurbished machines, manufacturer warranty on new items.

4. Dispute resolution

We try to resolve every complaint within 5 business days. If we cannot, you may escalate to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (cgso.org.za) or the National Consumer Commission. We participate in good faith in both processes.
