Payment Policy

1. Accepted payment methods

All prices on www.accessmobilityscooters.co.za are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT at 15%.

• •EFT / bank transfer, direct into our FNB business account. Machines are dispatched once funds reflect.
• •Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards through our PCI-DSS compliant payment page.
• •SnapScan or Zapper QR payments in the showroom or on a shared invoice.
• •Cash or card on collection from the Kempton Park showroom.
• •Mobicred instalments, subject to Mobicred approval.

2. Secure payment processing

We never see or store your full card number. Card payments are processed by a South African PCI-DSS Level 1 payment provider over an encrypted (TLS 1.3) connection. Our website never asks for card details in a contact form or over email.

3. Invoices and VAT

Every order is emailed a tax invoice from sales@accessmobilityscooters.co.za showing our VAT registration number 4890271553 and company registration 2019/447120/07. Medical equipment invoices can be issued in the patient's name for medical-aid claim purposes at no extra cost.

4. Price changes and errors

Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of your quotation. In the rare case of a pricing error on our website, we contact you with the correct price before processing payment, and you are free to cancel the order for a full refund with no penalty.
